This campaign has been a wonderful journey. Ray and I are humbled by the outpouring of support that so many of you have shown to us. You warmly welcomed us into your homes and allowed us to share with you our vision for the future of Guam.
We will continue to listen to your ideas on moving Guam in the right direction.
